Construction is underway on MG Park Malmö’s newest warehouse after the groundbreaking ceremony at Malmö Idustrial Park. MG Real Estate will be developing four warehouses, covering 42,000 sqm of the project in the city’s northern harbour. Smeg Nordic, the leading Italian home appliance manufacturer renowned for their iconic refrigerators, has officially announced their move into the first building by late 2021.
